  • GAI #3011, gas injector, 16-valve gravity filler, and vacuum corker.
  • GAI #4264D, multiple-head capsule spinner with automatic distributor of capsules onto bottle prior to foiling.
  • Impresstik #3000: self-adhesive, linear-labeling applicator with servomotor drives applicator heads. Applies two labels from separate webs or from one web.

Power Requirements:

  • A Cutler Hammer Part # NEMA-3R or equivalent, service disconnect box capable of 60 Amps 3-phase, non-fusible disconnect with grounding lug.
  • Capable of 240 or 208 volts, 3 phase 60 Hz., with a dedicated circuit breaker of 60 Amps.
  • Note: 3 hot and 1 ground neutral.
  • A dedicated grounding lug, large enough for 4 gauge wire.
  • This disconnect box must be located within 100 feet of the bottling trailer.
  • If your winery does not have 3-phase power, you may rent a generator from a local equipment rental company. The generator needed is a 60 Kilowatt, 240 3-phase @ 60 Amps. A pigtail will be plugged into the generator.
